WORSHIP : NEW YEAR’S EVE Presented by The Dome X Superstar
The countdown to New Year’s has begun, babes. And this year, we’re taking you to church.
The Dome and The Next Drag Superstar are coming together to bring you WORSHIP, a brand-new queer club night launching this New Year’s Eve in Tufnell Park. Two rooms of music, one big midnight countdown and a congregation made up of the gays, the girls, the theys and the whole LGBTQIA+ family. Consider this your invitation to join the cult.
Downstairs, you’re in Superstar’s house. Soroya Marchelle, your host and showrunner, is bringing co-producer Bev and some of our favourite Superstar alumni along for the ride. Expect big pop, the songs you claim you’re sick of until you’re screaming every word, and pop-up drag performances throughout the night. You could be halfway back from the bar and suddenly find yourself front row at a drag show. It happens.
Upstairs, there’s a whole second dancefloor for when you fancy a change of scene. Go between both rooms as much as you like, lose your mates, find them again just in time for midnight and spend the first few hours of 2027 dancing with people you met in the queue.
As for the dress code? Come in whatever makes you feel fit. If you’ve got something in the wardrobe you’ve been waiting for an excuse to wear, bring it to church.
So if your group chat is still going round in circles about New Year’s, send them this and get the tickets. WORSHIP is the only party you need. Whatever happens after midnight can go in the confession box.
