WHAT IS DEGENERETTE?

Degenerette is a queer/ goth club night for the alternative and LGBTQIA+ community. Serving Cvnty dance and heavy alternative music. Expect to hear our DJs mashing up metal, industrial, DnB, techno, rock and hardcore.

WHO CAN COME TO DEGENERETTE?

Anyone (over 18)! Anyone can come to Degenerette, this will always be the case BUT we do ask those who are not from the community to please be mindful that this is a space that celebrates queerness and the alternative culture. This is a welcoming space for allies however we ask you to please ensure that you read/ follow our policy and dress code thoroughly before deciding to attend.

We expect everyone to be mindful and respectful of others in this space. Please make an effort to keep this an especially friendly place for marginalised groups. Please don’t assume anyone’s race, gender or sexuality. Respect people’s pronouns, and if unsure, please get into the habit of asking them.

We have a goth/alt or fetish wear dresscode for Degenerette. This is the perfect night to express yourself. Have fun with it and have your leather and latex at the ready! Please check the style guides before the night if you need some inspo for your fit.
